I would just to know what has happened to the Royal Mail.
I posted a card for a special birthday of my son with a cheque in Poole post office on Tuesday May 12 and it still hasn’t arrived in Berkshire at the time of writing on May 19.
On phoning Royal Mail, I was told you have to wait for 15 days before putting in a claim. I mostly use email and text but sometimes only the Post Office will do.
