Stuffed Chicken Wings
12-15 chicken wings
1 tablespoon crushed yellow bean sauce
½ tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon sugar
Pinch of white pepper powder
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
6 pineapple rings
3 tablespoons honey
Prepare the chicken by slitting an opening just before the joint (between the wing and thigh).
Break the joint bone by bending it backwards, until the bone sticks out then remove the bones.
Put the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl. Add crushed yellow bean sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, pinch of white pepper powder and oil. Mix well and leave for 1 hour before cooking.
Slice the pineapple into small pieces. Stuff the chicken wings with the pineapple pieces.
Place it on a hot barbecue or grill, cook for 5 minutes each side. Brush with honey before serving.
