This is delicious served warm with a bowl of homemade soup.
Pesto and Pepper Bread
225 ml water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp runny honey
4 tbsp chopped sweet bell peppers from jar
1¼ tsp salt
4 tbsp pesto sauce
250 grams strong wholemeal bread flour
250 grams seed and grain bread flour
1¼ tsp easy bake yeast
Put all the ingredients in the breadmaker baking pan in the order listed above.
Set to the basic white program for a 1½lb loaf.
