A CHARITY golf day raised more than £4,000 for Bob Wilson’s Willow Foundation.
The day was organised by the Harbour Hotels and took place at Barton-on-Sea golf club.
Now in its ninth year, the day saw 20 teams taking part and a number of celebrity supporters, including John Hollins and his wife Linda, as well as ex-Spurs footballer John Chiedozie.
The day also raised an additional £1,250 for the charity, with a series of auction prizes and more.
Adam Terpening, Harbour Hotels’ director, said: “After another very successful golf day for the Willow Foundation, we are extremely grateful to all those involved from the sponsors to the players on the day.”
The Willow Foundation was set-up by Bob and Megs Wilson, as a lasting memorial to their daughter Anna, who died of cancer, aged 31.
