Man rescued from mud in Swanage

A MAN had to be rescued when he became stuck in mud at Swanage.
It happened at the landslide area below Pines Hotel and Swanage Coastguard Rescue Officers and Dorset Fire and Rescue Service launched a joint operation after a 999 call from a member of the public.
The man was not injured. The incident happened just before 2pm yesterday.
