Nostalgia boxes plea for memories project in Bridport

DORSET HealthCare is undertaking a project to assist older people with memory problems in Bridport.
The trust, based at its Greenfields Day Hospital in Bridport, is putting together some memory boxes of nostalgic items.
The aim is for them to bring back valuable memories. The trust says that reminiscence can be an important experience for people with dementia. It would be extremely grateful for any donations that can later be returned.
These items could be anything from household objects to photographs, toys, games or songs. They need to range in age from the 1920s through to the 1960s.
