Man accused of arson and robbery in Weymouth appears in court

A WEYMOUTH man accused of arson in Littlemoor has appeared in court.
John Joe Darch, of Beverley Road, is charged with committing robbery and arson on January 1 at around 11pm.
The 19-year-old is accused of stealing a Vauxhall car, an iPhone and cash and causing damage to the vehicle by setting it on fire.
Darch did not enter a plea to the charges and was remanded in custody.
He was ordered to appear at Dorchester Crown Court on January 11.
