Cyclist left with serious injuries after crash at Lindsay Road

PART of a busy Poole road was closed by police this morning following a collision between a bicycle and a white van.

Officers attended the scene at Lindsay Road, near its junction with Burton Road.

The cyclist was left with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

All the best for the cyclist. I hope he makes a full and quick recovery.

I was there as a witness (and a coat) to see this terrible event.

I could not imagine anything worse to happen to someone.

However I think a thanks is needed to the 2 other guys with me & to Dorset ambulance service for the fast response.
