• Sam Spencer from Christchurch said: “I pay for 10 minutes twice a day to go and pick my children up.
“The car parks should have barriers and you should just pay for how long you use.”
• Mum Katie O’Connor said: “I do think the prices are too high when you have to go somewhere quickly.”
She added: “A lot of us need to get to the schools every day and are forced to pay.”
• Sue Sissen from Southbourne said: “I do think it is out of order to put the prices up.
“There should be some regulation to them.”
She added: “I go to Castlepoint to do a lot of shopping.”
• Caroline Deeming who is also from Christchurch said: “I think it’s too much at the moment.
“If they want to bring people to the town they have to keep the price down.”
