Cash reward offered for information on stolen motorbikes

A CASH reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of thieves who stole specialist motorcycles from a house near Blandford.

Two motorcycles and engine – worth a total of £50,000 – were stolen from a house on Dorchester Hill in Winterborne Whitchurch between 11.30am on Saturday October 31 and 2.35am on Sunday November 1.

Blandford PC Craig Cameron said the distinctive machines could be easily identified and urged anyone with information to contact him.

“I would like to hear from any traders who have been offered either of these vehicles, and anyone who has been offered specialist motorcycle components for an unusually cheap price or in unusual circumstances,” said PC Cameron.

The reward will only be offered to people giving information through Crimestoppers.
