THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

KYRIL KLIMOVITCH, 40 and of Bournemouth, admitted theft by finding after stealing a sun lounger and logs from Mudeford Quay on August 10, 2023. He was jailed for one week.

NATHAN BAKER, 32 and of Poole, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man in TK Maxx in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on November 24, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STACEY MOLES, 34 and of Heathcote Road in Bournemouth, admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour with intent to cause fear of / provoke unlawful violence at Avonbourne College in Bournemouth on September 27, 2023. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 24 months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ROBIN MOORE, 57 and of Winchester Road in Southampton, admitted two counts of assault by beating after assaulting two women at Oakdene Holiday Park in St Leonard’s on September 10, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 28, 2026, and restraining orders were made for both the victims. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and compensation of £130.

JAMIE BAMBER, 31 and of Stoborough Green in Wareham, admitted assaulting a woman thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm at The Supermarket in South Street, Wareham, on June 16, 2022. He was handed an eight week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

KEITH MOTT, 63 and of Brassey Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of driving without insurance and failing to provide a specimen to police for analysis in Madeira Road in Bournemouth on October 17, 2023. He admitted driving when his licence had been medically revoked in Maderia Road in Bournemouth on October 17, 2023, and failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on April 25 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He was also fined £300 and ordered to pay costs of £180 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ALAN BROOKS, 50 and of Tregonwell Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to provide specimen to police for analysis in Alington Road in Bournemouth on January 26. Court records show he had been involved in a car accident. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on February 23, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. He was disqualified from driving for 30 months, and handed an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SHAUN STUBBS, 44 and of Stour Road in Christchurch, admitted drink driving in Wimborne Road in Winton on March 7. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He was also fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NICHOLAS TITHERIDGE, 33 and of Coventry Close in Corfe Mullen, admitted assault by beating after beating a woman in Corfe Mullen on December 3, 2023. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £200 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
