A SERIAL thief has been jailed after targeting two convenience stores in Bournemouth.
Dylan Leslie Brewer, 42, appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 20 after admitting to multiple theft charges.
He had taken multiple items from the Co-op in Charminster Road, and One Stop in Ripon Road between December 2023 and January of this year.
Among his thefts from the Co-op store, Brewer stole items to the value of £106.20 on January 3, items to the value of £54.75 on January 8, items to the value of £44.50 on January 13, items to the value of £107.60 on January 14, items to the value of £158.96 on January 29, and items to the value of £192.50 on January 20.
He also stole items to the value of £129.60 on January 15, items to the value of £172.05 on December 5, 2023, items to the value of £28.40 on January 1, items to the value of £47.50 on December 30, 2023, items to the value of £32.20 on December 24, 2023.
From the One Stop store, he stole items to the value of £65 on January 6 and items to the value of £25 on December 23.
Brewer, of Milton Road in Bournemouth, was jailed for 52 weeks.
