11 injured after pile-up

A TEENAGER is fighting for his life after a horrifying pile-up on Dorset Way late on Friday night, which injured 10 other people.
A Peugeot 306 carrying six youths was in collision with the back of a red Kia 4x4 carrying a local family of five just before midnight.
The incident happened on the westbound side of the A3049 dual carriageway, about half a mile west of the Oakdale junction prior to the Fleetsbridge turn-off.
All 11 passengers were injured and one of the youths was rushed to neurological unit at Southampton Hospital in a serious condition.
