A PROMINENT member of Britain's Jewish community had taken cocaine before he was killed in a car crash on the A338 Spur Road, an inquest heard.
Philanthropist Rabbi Benzion Dunner, 45, who had a home in Bournemouth, died instantly when his £175,000 Bentley Arnage careered out of control on March 22 this year.
Tests showed Mr Dunner had taken cocaine in the days prior to his death which would have affected his driving ability, the Bournemouth Coroner's Court was told.
District Coroner Sheriff Payne recorded an accidental death verdict, adding that the drugs "must have been a contributing factor".
