A CENTENARIAN is living proof that you're never too old to stop thinking of others.
Edith Mason, who turned 100 yesterday, donated all of her birthday money to the British Heart Foundation.
Mrs Mason, who lives at Littlemoor in Weymouth, puts her longevity down to maintaining her independence and making it through each day.
She held a big get-together at her house to celebrate the milestone.
Mrs Mason said: "I had relations coming from all over the place and quite a few came from the church.
"I've also got a birthday tea planned at the church."
Mrs Mason regularly attends social gatherings through her local club for the blind.
